Every piece is printed after you order it, so there’s a little making involved before it travels. Here is the honest timeline.

Before it ships

After you order, there is a short window (about 12 hours) to change or cancel while the order is still with us. After that it goes into production, which usually takes 0–6 business days (a little longer in busy holiday seasons).

Delivery time

Once it ships, standard delivery is up to about 12 business days within the US and EU, and up to 30 days for international orders. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships — please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free within the US on orders over $45. For international orders, a flat shipping fee is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Multiple items, multiple parcels

If your order contains different product types, they may be made in different places and arrive in separate parcels — that’s normal.

Things we cannot control

Customs processing, carrier delays, failed delivery attempts to an incomplete address, strikes, or severe weather can all stretch the delivery window. We cannot guarantee an exact date, but we’ll keep you posted.
