How do I place an order?
Pick a design, choose your product type, size and color, add it to your cart and check out. Every item is made just for you after you order — nothing is pulled off a shelf.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — within about 12 hours of ordering, before it goes into production. Email us as soon as you can and we’ll sort it. After production starts we can’t change it, because it’s already being made for you.
What payment methods can I use?
Right now you can place your order with cash on delivery. Card and PayPal are coming soon — we’d rather turn them on properly than fake a checkout that isn’t ready.
Are your designs really original?
Yes. Every design is our own artwork, built around a real person, occasion or story — never copied from what’s already flooding the marketplace.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size guide with chest and length measurements in inches (unisex fit, S–3XL). If you’re between two sizes, we’d size up for a relaxed fit.
How long until my order arrives?
Because it’s made to order: production takes 0–6 business days, then delivery is up to about 12 business days in the US/EU, or up to 30 days internationally. You get a tracking link when it ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free within the US. International orders have a flat shipping fee, always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Why did my items arrive separately?
If your order has different product types, they may be made in different places — so they can ship, and arrive, in separate parcels. That’s normal.
Something’s wrong with my order — what now?
If it’s a print defect, arrived damaged, is the wrong item, or was lost in transit to a correct address, we’ll reprint or refund it free. Email us within 14 business days with a clear photo and we’ll make it right.
Can I return an item just because I changed my mind?
Because each piece is made to order just for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. But any mistake that’s ours, we fix — no argument.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out and we’ll email your order details. Creating an account just lets you track orders and save your address for next time.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or head to the Track Order page. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for the first scan to appear.
