Shipping & Returns

Everything here is made to order — printed just for you after you buy it. Here’s the short version of how it reaches you, and what happens if something goes wrong. The full details live on our Policies page.

Shipping

• Before it ships: a short ~12-hour window to change or cancel, then it goes into production.
• Production: 0–6 business days (a little longer in busy holiday seasons).
• Delivery: up to about 12 business days in the US & EU; up to 30 days internationally. You get a tracking link once it ships.
• Cost: free standard shipping within the US; a flat fee for international orders, shown at checkout.
• Separate parcels: different product types are made in different places, so they may arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order just for you, we can’t take “changed my mind” returns — but we stand fully behind our work.

• We reprint or refund, free, for a print defect, damage in transit, the wrong item, or a parcel lost on the way to a correct address.
• How: email us within 14 business days of delivery with a clear photo. We reply within about 72 hours, and approved refunds process in 5–10 business days.
• Lost parcel? Tell us within 60 days of ordering. Wrong address? Let us know within 3 days, before production.
