GiftHue LLC (“GiftHue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), registered at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, US, operates gifthue.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

Your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided), and details of what you ordered. Payment is handled by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. — we never see or store your full card number. Stripe’s own privacy practices are described at stripe.com/privacy.

How we use it

To process and fulfil your order, communicate with you about it, provide customer support, and comply with legal and accounting obligations. We do not use your data for automated profiling or third-party advertising.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your information. GiftHue is self-hosted on our own server — no third-party advertising scripts, no external trackers, no borrowed fonts phoning home.

Who we share with

Only parties who need it to complete your order:

• Our print & fulfilment partner (to make and pack it)
• The delivery carrier (to bring it to you)
• Stripe, Inc. (to process payment)
• Where required, government or regulatory authorities

We do not transfer your data to any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

International data transfers

If you order from outside the country where our servers or fulfilment partners are located, your data may be transferred internationally. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected to the standard described in this policy.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, resolve disputes, and meet our legal/tax obligations — typically 7 years for financial records. You can ask us to delete data we’re not legally required to keep.

Since GiftHue is self-hosted, no outside scripts set cookies behind our back. Children’s privacy

GiftHue is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
